Thank you for choosing to be part of the Rooted in Amanah Private Membership Association ("the Association," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing our website, purchasing any product, downloading materials, joining an email list, scheduling a consultation, or participating in any service, you acknowledge that you are entering our private membership domain and agree to the following terms.

Our PMA exists to protect our members, our educational resources, our wellness guidance, and the faith-centered environment in which we operate.

2private domain status

Rooted in Amanah operates as a Private Membership Association. Everything shared here, including wellness education, consultations, courses, digital products, herbal offerings, educational resources, community support, and private communications, is offered only to private members, not the public.

By opting in, purchasing, scheduling, or participating in any way, you:

• Agree to enter this private domain
• Become a private member for the purpose of receiving wellness education, educational support, consultations, resources, and member-exclusive offerings
• Agree that all interactions occur privately under the terms of this Association

Nothing offered through this PMA is intended for the public or governed by public statutes.

3nature of services

The Association provides:

• Wellness education
• Lifestyle support
• Nutritional education
• HTMA-based educational guidance
• Herbal education
• Consultations and educational reviews
• Courses, workshops, and masterclasses
• Digital resources and educational materials
• Member-exclusive wellness offerings

We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or cure medical conditions. All information is educational and intended for private member use.

Members are responsible for making their own informed decisions regarding their health, wellness, and lifestyle choices.

4membership responsibilities

By participating in this PMA, you agree to:

• Act in your private capacity
• Engage voluntarily and respectfully
• Take full responsibility for your own wellness decisions
• Exercise personal discernment regarding educational information
• Hold harmless the Association, its representatives, educators, and members

No guarantees or warranties are made regarding outcomes. Individual results and experiences will vary.

5purchases, orders & refunds

Because many offerings include private education, consultations, digital downloads, personalized educational support, or consumable products:

• All payments are final
• Refunds are not provided unless otherwise stated in writing
• If an issue arises, you may contact the Association privately for resolution

This includes:

• HTMA hair test kits and Root Cause Reports
• Digital guides and resources
• Courses and masterclasses
• Consultations
• HTMA educational reviews
• Personalized wellness education
• Herbal products and member offerings
• Custom educational recommendations

We are committed to serving our members with integrity, excellence, and care.

6shipping & delivery

For physical products:

• HTMA kits ship to the US, Canada and some countries in Europe
• Tracking is sent by email through Pirate Ship
• Shipping timelines may vary
• Carrier delays or damages are outside our control
• Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

Digital products and resources are delivered electronically via email or member access.

7confidentiality

All content, materials, communications, resources, educational information, and interactions shared within the Association are private and confidential.

Members agree not to share, distribute, reproduce, publish, or make public any information obtained through the PMA without written permission. This protects:

• Your privacy
• Other members
• The integrity of the private domain
• The educational resources and intellectual property of Rooted in Amanah

8limitation of liability

By becoming a member, you agree to:

• Hold harmless Rooted in Amanah PMA, its representatives, educators, contractors, and members
• Resolve concerns privately within the Association whenever possible
• Participate voluntarily and at your own discretion

All interactions occur privately within the PMA.

9modifications to terms

The Association may update these Terms & Conditions as needed. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updates. Members will be notified of significant changes when appropriate.

10communication consent

By becoming a member, you agree to receive:

• Emails
• Educational materials
• Member updates
• Program announcements
• Member-exclusive offerings

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time, though doing so may limit access to certain resources and updates.
